We took a private car and arrived at Kara Sake Brewery in Akitsu-cho, Higashi-Hiroshima City, where ginjo sake originated. In a sake brewery that has inherited the soft water brewing method of Senzaburo Miura, the father of ginjo sake, guests will be treated to a special treat of freshly squeezed ginjo sake before bottling (perhaps before burning?). In the Japanese-style room surrounding the courtyard of Kara Sake Brewery, which was also the setting for the movie, while listening to the toji talk about the secret story of the origin of ginjo sake, which was born in this area, and a simple hors d'oeuvre using oysters grown in Mitsu Bay in front of you.
